We open everyday 8:00am - 9:00pm. Last load is 8:00pm to ensure enough time to finish your laundry at closing time.

Doors are locked at 8:00pm. You can still stay inside to do laundry after 8:00pm. However, if you exit, you may not be able to re-enter. To exit, please press the "Exit" button by the doors.

You have multiple ways to pay:

1. Loyalty Card Kiosk: Easy and convenient way to pay and earn bonus

- Get a Loyalty Card at the kiosk: Pay $1 to get a new card preloaded with $1 balance (technically a FREE card).

- Use cash or credit/debit card to reload your Loyalty Card.

- Swipe the Loyalty Card at washers/dryers to pay.

2. Coins: Bring cash to get coins from the change machine and insert coins to washers/dryers to pay.

3. Credit Cards: Swipe your credit/debit cards at each washers/dryers to pay.

Unfortunately, no. You would need to be present at all time since we are not responsible for losses or damages.

If time is of the essence, please utilize our drop-off or pick-up & delivery services. We will process your laundry professionally from A-Z.

Currently, our staffs would be onsite between 5:00pm - 8:00pm (weekdays) and all day (weekends). If you need to drop off at a different time, please call our store number for flexible arrangement.

Our team will pick up your laundry at your door, process at our facility and deliver it back to your door. You can track our progress from start to end.
